We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. The Housing Bureau will not be able to guarantee rooms after 1st June 2010.

Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if payments are fully supplied.

For hotel reservation made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly
